HOW TO ORDER APPAREL: To get started... call 989-631-9810
1. Tell us your event design needs:
- What type of function are you hosting?
- What is the event name?
- Is there an event theme?
- Do you want to include the date in the title?
- Do you have a club or business logo and specific colors that need to be incorporated?
- What type of promotional items you are seeking?
Example: T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Fleece, Waterbottles, Lanyards, Badges, etc.
- What size and quantity of each item do you need?
- When do you need the items?
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for apparel and 4 - 6 weeks for promotional items.
2. Free of Charge: We suggest cost saving branding ideas and promotional products.
We don't mind helping you. We've planned events before and know you need to check things out first.
- Note: to save a few dollars, we offer a 15% discount if you use clipart or stock designs rather than ordering customize art.
3. Upon an agreed email contract, we will provide:
- Customized graphic logos and art, or at a 15% discount, clipart/stock designs for a striking new event design.
- Based on your information, we design at least 2 proofs (often more) to choose from.
All work is BDMC copyright protected for client use by contract.
- We suggest apparel style options and colors.
- We suggest quantities per sizes needed and email size charts to you for review.
- We research and find the promotional items you need.
- We provide cost estimates.
- We accept returns based on fabric flaws and printing errors
- We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered and apparel that has been worn.

APPAREL RETURN POLICY
Please know we appreciate your business and will happily refund your money or replace your apparel if the problem is listed below.
We do not refund promotional merchandise such as lanyards, water bottles, tote bags, note cards, jewelry, etc.
Within the first 14 days from the shipping date we will accept returns for the following reasons.
1. If the apparel piece is not printed or not embroidered as ordered.
2. If the design is smeared or ink spots are on an area that was not intended for printing.
3. If there is a hole, tear, or defect in the apparel prior to wearing.
4. If the ink color is incorrect: (totally different from proof, submit PMS color code to prevent wrong color mistakes.)
5. If the color of the apparel piece is incorrect, (i.e. red not blue). NOTE: Colors may range in intensity, for example, a red may look brighter or lighter than shown in a magazine or on a monitor, but a red shirt is a red shirt.
BDMC cannot accept returns for the following reasons.
1. After approving the final design and merchandise has been printed, client wants to change the design.
2. If the size is incorrect. NOTE: Sizes may vary slightly from brand to brand, especially in youth sizes. Apparel suppliers may exchange an adult S for youth XL without notice. Size charts will be emailed to you in advance of your final order.
3. If the items have been washed or worn.
NOTE: Additional shipping charges may be applied if BDMC must re-ship an order due to customer error.
Event merchandise and apparel designs are created based on information supplied by the person representing the club, organization, or business placing the order. In order not to make mistakes please include all PMS colors or color sample of inks to be used in the design. Client is asked to sign a final proof to ensure correct design is used in screen printing or embroidering.
All proofs are sent as pdf files. Orders are confirmed person-to-person by phone for accuracy and confidentiality. Complete details, payment and shipping information will be arranged at that time.
